CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. -No-Show Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged 75% of the ORIGINAL service cost. -In the event that you are using a gift card and are marked as a no-show, you will forfeit the value of the gift card. -After 2 no-shows, you will be DECLINED/ BLOCKED from scheduling any future appointments. -If the cancellation/no-show payment from the card on file is declined, you will be ineligible for future appointments until the no-show fee is paid
