CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. * If no deposit was collected, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. * Deposits may be transferred to one future appointment if sufficient notice is provided and the appointment is rescheduled. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. No-Show Policy * Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit any deposit paid or be charged 50% of the original service cost. * Clients using a gift card for their appointment will forfeit the value of the gift card if they are marked as a no-show. Future Booking Eligibility * After two no-shows, clients will no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments. * If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed from the card on file, future appointments will not be accepted until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
